Return & Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason. The following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused
• Product tags must be intact and undamaged
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• There should be no traces of deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc. from trying the product

Size Exchange

You can request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with tags present, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Products with removed or cut tags
• Products without original packaging
• Underwear items for personal hygiene reasons

Return Process

1. Send an email to info@desuar.com.tr with your order number and return reason.
2. After receiving our approval, ship the product in its original packaging.
3. After the product reaches us and is inspected, your payment will be refunded within 10 business days.
4. Credit card payments are refunded to your card. Bank transfer payments are transferred to the bank account you specify.

Return Shipping Cost

For returns under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the customer. For defective or incorrect product shipments, shipping costs are covered by DESUAR.
